Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer / Architecture

About the role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer will be responsible for accurate material quantity take‑off, variation assessment and reporting across construction projects. The role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and junior QS staff to ensure compliance with contract documents and HSE policies.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out accurate material quantity take‑off for all items using company software and produce professional MQTO reports.
• Assess and process subcontractor variations and material take‑offs, preparing variation logs and reports.
• Review contract documents for modifications, quantify variations and support waste identification.
• Approve IPCs for suppliers and subcontractors and maintain monthly reports and logs.
• Delegate work to junior QS staff and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, risk assessments and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
