Control Room Officer

About the role

The Control Room Officer is responsible for monitoring production quality using camera systems, identifying any defects, and ensuring that only approved products are released for dispatch. This position works in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and requires close collaboration with the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production lines through camera systems to verify product quality.
• Identify defective items according to established defect standards.
• Authorize the release of products that meet quality criteria for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and defect reports.
• Participate in shift rotations, typically 12‑hour cycles.

Required profile

• BSc in Chemistry, Physics or a related scientific field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Effective team player with good communication skills.
• Systematic and detail‑oriented personality.
• Willingness to work rotational 12‑hour shifts.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysis.
