职位概况
在埃及红海的Sheraton Soma Bay Resort招聘Cook II，负责食材准备、烹饪及厨房清洁，确保食品安全与质量。
主要职责
- 按配方分配、切碎、称量并保存食材。
- 清洗、去皮新鲜蔬果并进行称量混合。
- 遵循标准操作流程进行冷热食品的烹调与检查。
- 操作烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机等设备。
- 监控食品质量，完成厨房区域、餐具、设备的清洁消毒。
- 遵守公司安全政策，报告异常并完成安全培训。
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历。
- 至少1年相关厨房工作经验。
- 能够搬运25磅以下物品，适应站立、走动等工作姿势。
- 无监督经验要求。
必备技能
- 熟悉烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机等厨房设备的使用。
- 具备食品安全与卫生操作知识。
