Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored banking solutions across lending, cash management, trade finance and treasury products. The role focuses on deepening client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving sustainable revenue while maintaining strong credit quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, building long‑term trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors and Treasurers.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand business cycles, cash flows and banking needs, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
• Grow portfolio revenues through cross‑selling of working capital and term loans, trade finance, cash management, CASA mobilization, and treasury/FX solutions.
• Prepare high‑quality credit proposals, analyse financial statements, cash flows and industry risks, and monitor account conduct and limit utilisation.
• Track client performance versus projections, follow up on overdue payments, documentation and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate with Credit, Trade Finance, Operations and Treasury teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely turnaround of client requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Banking or Investment Banking.
• Mandatory credit course; CFA qualification is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios and solve complex client issues.
