Corporate Tourism Visa Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Visa Specialist to lead our corporate tourism visa operations. You will act as the central point for processing visas for large corporate groups, incentive travel delegations, and individual clients, ensuring flawless execution under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end visa applications for multiple corporate and leisure travel groups simultaneously.
• Maintain and expand relationships with embassies, consulates, and third‑party processing centers such as VFS Global and TLScontact.
• Review all documentation for accuracy and compliance with international immigration laws.
• Provide clear guidance to corporate clients and group leaders on visa requirements, timelines, and required paperwork.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or rejection risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain secure, up‑to‑date digital records of applications, passports, and visa statuses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in travel visa processing, preferably within a corporate travel agency, MICE operator, or global logistics firm.
• Established network and strong connections with major foreign embassies and consulates.
• Flawless fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly motivated self‑starter able to work autonomously under pressure.
• In‑depth knowledge of Schengen, US, UK, and GCC visa regulations.

Required skills
