Corporate Travel Visa Specialist (Schengen)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, detail‑oriented Visa Specialist to lead our corporate travel visa operations. The role will ensure smooth, error‑free visa procurement for large corporate groups, incentive travel delegations and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end visa applications for multiple corporate and leisure travel groups simultaneously.
• Maintain and expand relationships with embassies, consulates and third‑party processing centres such as VFS Global and TLScontact.
• Verify all documentation – application forms, financial records, invitations, itineraries – for 100 % accuracy and compliance with current immigration laws.
• Advise corporate clients and group leaders on visa requirements, timelines and required paperwork.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or rejection risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Keep secure, up‑to‑date digital records of passports, applications and visa statuses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in travel visa processing within a corporate travel agency, MICE operator or global logistics firm.
• Established network of contacts in major foreign embassies and consulates.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly motivated self‑starter able to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
• In‑depth knowledge of Schengen, US, UK and GCC visa regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong computer literacy with experience in cloud‑based data management platforms.
• Familiarity with digital embassy portals and online visa application systems.
