Course Instructor – Protein Structure Prediction & CADD

About the role

OmniGenics is seeking a remote Course Instructor to lead its online training program on Protein Structure Prediction and Computer‑Aided Drug Design (CADD). The internship‑based position involves designing curriculum, delivering lectures, and mentoring learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging online lectures covering protein structure prediction methods and CADD workflows.
• Design comprehensive course materials, including slide decks, tutorials, and practical exercises.
• Conduct hands‑on training sessions using bioinformatics and molecular modeling software.
• Assess participant progress, provide feedback, and answer technical queries.
• Ensure course content stays aligned with the latest advancements in biotechnology and bioinformatics.

Required profile

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of protein structure prediction and CADD concepts.
• Ability to explain complex scientific topics clearly to learners of varying skill levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous learning.
