Creative Lead – Content Creator

About the role

CEO Lawyer, a fast‑growing personal injury law firm based in downtown Atlanta, is looking for a strategic and highly creative Content Lead. You will shape the firm’s digital voice and drive the video content strategy across multiple social platforms, elevating both the brand and the personal brand of the firm’s owner, Ali.

Key responsibilities

• Own and direct the content strategy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Conceptualize, pitch and produce innovative short‑form and long‑form video ideas that align with business goals.
• Plan, shoot and oversee high‑quality video productions, ensuring efficient execution.
• Guide on‑camera talent with hooks, storytelling techniques and delivery advice.
• Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and social media best practices.
• Maintain content calendars, workflows and systems for scalable output.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal and leadership teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Mentor junior creators and foster a culture of creative excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content strategy for social media, especially short‑form video.
• Strong creative vision paired with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent storytelling ability and comfort working with on‑camera talent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high production standards.
