About the role
As a Creative Strategist at Magical Gap, you will shape brand narratives and develop creative concepts that help clients protect and amplify their intellectual property across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives and IP considerations into compelling, platform‑ready campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies, brand narratives, and content concepts aligned with client goals and IP guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform campaign direction.
- Produce creative briefs, presentations, and concept rationales for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with design, content, marketing, legal, and account teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Required profile
- Strong background in creative and brand strategy with the ability to integrate IP considerations.
- Experience in creative direction, guiding visual and narrative execution.
- Excellent writing skills for briefs, messaging frameworks, and taglines.
- Solid research abilities to assess audiences, markets, competitors, and platform trends.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
Required skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Google.
- Ability to justify creative decisions using data and insights.
