Creative Strategist

About the role

YAZ Media, a leading digital media agency, is looking for a dynamic Creative Strategist to act as the bridge between the Sales team and clients. The role focuses on developing and pitching creative campaign concepts that drive revenue while strengthening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary creative liaison between Sales and clients, ensuring campaign strategies align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative campaigns supporting revenue goals.
• Assist in crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that communicate creative concepts and business value.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and audience to recommend strategic solutions.
• Work with internal creative, production, marketing, and post‑production teams to generate innovative ideas, visuals, and strategies.
• Create and pitch concepts for social media, digital content, and video projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and sales targets.
• Lead the creative development process from concept to scriptwriting, location scouting, casting, and wardrobe, managing logistics efficiently.
• Present concepts and campaign updates to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables.
• Support the marketing team in building social media calendars, timelines, and content strategies.
• Ensure all creative assets meet high quality, consistency, and timeliness standards and provide final approval before delivery.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client‑relation skills, with fluency in Arabic.
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and digital media landscapes.
• Creative thinking with a track record of developing successful campaign concepts.
• Detail‑oriented and able to coordinate logistics for production elements.
