CRM Experience Strategist (Technology Solutions)

About the role

The CRM Experience Strategist will lead the execution and technical management of the student communication journey across the university’s CRM platforms. This role ensures effective administration, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce and AUC Connect to boost student engagement and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce CRM and campus‑group platforms such as AUC Connect.
• Design, execute, and maintain omni‑channel communication journeys throughout the student lifecycle.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on communication KPIs and campaign performance to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead technical collaboration with cross‑functional business and technology teams to deliver CRM initiatives.
• Serve as the technical subject‑matter expert for CRM best practices and provide user training.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Management of Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum eight years of professional experience, including three to five years in a senior CRM role.
• Proven experience integrating social media or digital platforms into communication strategies.
• Experience in higher‑education environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration and configuration.
• AUC Connect or similar campus‑group platforms.
• Microsoft Dynamics (knowledge).
• SQL scripting and data analysis.
• Understanding of higher‑education digital platforms.
