Culinary Chef Manager – Away from Home (Egypt)

About the role

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a commercially‑oriented Culinary Chef Manager to bridge culinary expertise and sales support across Egypt’s Away‑from‑Home (AFH) channel. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will travel nationwide, working directly with hotel chains, quick‑service restaurants and catering institutions to accelerate product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and present live cooking demonstrations for executive chefs, F&B directors and operations managers.
• Translate product features into practical kitchen applications and develop tailored recipe concepts for luxury hotels, QSRs and high‑volume catering.
• Conduct product tastings, menu trials and support new product launches with launch recipes and training materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with key account culinary teams, proposing product integrations that improve cost, consistency, speed or taste.
• Deliver culinary training programs for distributor sales reps and internal AFH teams, creating a reusable recipe bank.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews, presenting culinary performance data and new application ideas.

Required profile

• Professional chef with strong commercial acumen and experience in hotel, QSR or catering environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Egypt and work closely with sales and key‑account teams.
• Excellent communication skills to educate chefs, sales reps and customers on product usage.
