Customer Care Consultant – Operations

About the role
The Customer Care Consultant – Operations ensures that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Working closely with product managers, logistics, and commercial teams, you will act as the central point of contact for order validation, scheduling, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily checks of registered orders, validate or substitute order lines after communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor open order status, communicate updates, readiness, missing items, and deviations from promised dates to the commercial team.
- Coordinate loading dates, schedule partial loads for projects, and push relevant departments to meet delivery promises.
- Prepare weekly order‑status and SLA reports per customer for commercial and top‑management review.
- Prioritize production, warehouse, and loading scheduling to facilitate urgent orders and ensure OTIF (On‑Time In‑Full) performance.
- Maintain accurate order data in the local ERP system, removing outdated orders and keeping open orders active.
- Identify procedural gaps, suggest improvements for stock replenishment, MOQ handling, and response times.
Required profile
- Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (production, logistics, purchasing, sales).
- Ability to communicate deviations and propose alternative solutions to commercial teams.
- Experience in generating and presenting weekly operational reports.
- Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and meeting top‑management directives.
Required skills
- ERP (experience with local ERP systems for order management)
