Customer Experience Coordinator (EMEA)

About the role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Solmax, you will manage the full order lifecycle for EMEA customers, ensuring accurate processing in dual ERP systems and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales and logistics chain.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and process sales orders in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Monitor and follow up on late payments, credit limits, and financial releases.
• Handle payment security tasks, including credit line requests and risk assessments.
• Create and maintain customer records, hierarchies, and price lists in SAP.
• Coordinate order planning to meet production and transport deadlines.
• Track open order books and manage sample order intake.
• Resolve customer complaints and issue credit notes as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and unforeseen challenges.
• Experience in customer experience or client‑facing roles with a focus on satisfaction.

• SAP (order processing, master data, pricing).
• Microsoft Dynamics (ERP).
