About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Alexandria site. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple sectors, ensuring a positive experience for each interaction.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to messages from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information about products and services for retail, food delivery, telecommunications, and radio station sectors.
Resolve complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company system.
Work night and overnight shifts as required.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Flexibility to work on‑site in Alexandria.
Availability for night and overnight shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
