About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Alexandria site. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple sectors, ensuring a positive experience for each interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to messages from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services for retail, food delivery, telecommunications, and radio station sectors.
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company system.
- Work night and overnight shifts as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Flexibility to work on‑site in Alexandria.
- Availability for night and overnight shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
