About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (Call Center Representative) in Cairo. The role handles customer inquiries, resolves issues and delivers high-quality customer service so that customers are satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and offer solutions to resolve their concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and relationship building
- Fluency in English
- Prior call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory
