About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to handle chat and email interactions for a variety of clients. The role involves both inbound and outbound communications, providing first‑line support and resolving routine issues.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine product or service problems.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet defined service level agreements and quality standards.
- Work night shifts and 24/7 schedules when needed.
Required profile
- Graduates or undergraduates can apply.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Flexible availability for night and 24/7 shifts.
