About the role

Tabby is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its fast‑growing fintech team in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in English and Arabic while delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Achieve performance KPIs while maintaining high service quality.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Represent Tabby’s values in every interaction.

Required profile

  • Recent graduate (GRADS only).
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and flexibility to work shifts ending at 10 PM.
