About the role
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service. The position involves working on a rotating schedule of morning, night and overnight shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve performance targets and KPIs set during the probation period.
Required profile
- No prior experience required.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Enthusiastic about helping customers and making a difference.
Required skills
- English language proficiency (B2+).
