About the role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service. The position involves working on a rotating schedule of morning, night and overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Achieve performance targets and KPIs set during the probation period.

Required profile

  • No prior experience required.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Enthusiastic about helping customers and making a difference.

Required skills

  • English language proficiency (B2+).
