About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our team in New Cairo. You will provide comprehensive support to our clients across multiple communication channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate and timely information.
- Resolve issues and complaints, following up to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by identifying pain points and suggesting enhancements.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for clients, providing product and service guidance.
- Work flexible, rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong background in customer support, service, and experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and start immediately.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary of 20,000 EUR net, including KPIs and bonuses.
- Upselling commission up to $60 per sale.
- Overtime and overnight allowances.
- Paid training program.
