About the role

Join Sutherland’s dynamic call centre team in Cairo as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email inquiries.
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company system.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with teammates to foster a professional and positive work environment.

Required profile

  • Previous sales or customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally and provide empathetic support.
  • Fluency in English (B2‑C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work night and overnight shifts.
