About the role
Join Sutherland’s dynamic call centre team in Cairo as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with teammates to foster a professional and positive work environment.
Required profile
- Previous sales or customer‑facing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle complaints professionally and provide empathetic support.
- Fluency in English (B2‑C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work night and overnight shifts.
