Customer Service Specialist – Order Management

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will manage customer relationships and orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, effective issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Review approved customer orders/POs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before release.
• Prepare and issue supply and production orders to the factory, communicating requirements to relevant departments.
• Follow up with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate investigations, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Coordinate customer returns, track quantities, root causes, and disposal processes.
• Monitor customer stock levels at the warehouse and flag potential service risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow‑up, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of customer order processing and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Proficient command of English.
