Sales Employee – Medical Equipment

About the role

Medicamall1 is seeking a full‑time Sales Employee to join its Cairo office. You will be responsible for driving sales of medical equipment and healthcare solutions to clinics, hospitals and other care providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective healthcare customers and conduct sales visits.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, respond to inquiries and provide accurate information on features, pricing and availability.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and after‑sales support.
• Maintain records in the company’s CRM, meet assigned sales targets and support marketing events or campaigns.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals in a B2B or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build long‑term relationships with medical professionals and purchasing teams.
• Basic understanding of medical equipment or willingness to learn technical details.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and maintain accurate documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
