Customer Support Agent (Voice Account) B1+ English

About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Customer Support Agent to join our Voice Account team in Abbasia, Cairo. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries and deliver high‑quality support in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and non‑technical issues.
• Escalate and follow up on complex cases to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Call center experience is required.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or above.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
