Customer Support Operator (Night Shift) – Egypt

About the role
Join nsave’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Customer Support Operator, working night shifts from Egypt. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them navigate our USD accounts, global payments, and investment services with empathy and clarity.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom and other channels, providing timely and courteous support.
- Investigate and resolve issues using internal tools, partner resources, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Identify recurring patterns in support tickets and share insights to improve product and operational processes.
- Document and continuously refine SOPs, knowledge bases, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to test and refine new features.
Required profile
- Experience in fintech or payment‑related environments.
- Strong written communication skills with a warm, precise tone.
- Ability to spot patterns, take ownership of improvements, and learn quickly.
- Comfortable following established processes and challenging them when needed.
Required skills
- Intercom (or similar customer‑support platform)
