Customer Support Representative – Digital Dentistry

About the role
ITXPROS, a digital dentistry company focused on implant‑guided surgery, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the primary point of contact for clients and internal staff. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, text, and live chat, ensuring smooth case progression and high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live‑chat messages from clients and staff.
- Follow up on missing items required for case progression and make outbound calls when needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients, monitor case flow, and identify potential blockers.
- Upload client files, perform basic troubleshooting of planning software, and communicate needs to relevant teams.
- Document technical issues, share workarounds, and inform customers about new features.
- Train clients on ITXPROS workflow and digital tools.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Military service exemption or completion.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience using WhatsApp for business communication.
- Live‑chat handling experience.
