Cyber Recovery Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cyber Recovery Consultant to join the Cybersecurity and Data Resilience team of a leading consulting and technology services firm. The role offers the opportunity to work with Dell Technologies’ cyber‑recovery portfolio, supporting customers in building ransomware‑resilient environments and ensuring data protection.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery solutions, including secure vaults and ransomware recovery environments.
• Assist with backup, replication, and recovery configurations across Windows, Linux, VMware, storage and cloud platforms.
• Conduct solution validation, recovery testing, and operational readiness activities.
• Participate in customer workshops, technical meetings and discovery sessions to gather requirements and document environments.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides and deployment reports.
• Support troubleshooting during deployments and provide knowledge‑transfer sessions for customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, backup & recovery or data‑protection technologies.
• Understanding of cyber resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity and ransomware recovery concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
