Data Analysis Accountant – Finance & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analysis Accountant to turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and analyse financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports on sales, collections, revenues and project performance.
• Analyse financial statements and accounting records to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and profitability, and produce variance analysis reports.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Analyse customer payment behaviour and collection performance.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for management reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Commercial and Project Management teams.
• Generate periodic reports and presentations for senior management and assist feasibility studies for new projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis or Data Analysis, preferably within real‑estate development.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL and data‑visualisation tools is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP or Oracle.
