About the role
We are seeking a Data Analyst Specialist to join our global HR team. In this fully remote position you will turn talent‑management data into actionable insights that guide strategy, improve contractor experience and support scalable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and interpret talent‑management data from multiple back‑office databases.
- Design and maintain clear, user‑friendly dashboards and reports.
- Identify trends in onboarding, retention, performance and engagement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Define and track key talent metrics that drive organisational success.
- Recommend improvements to talent strategies, processes and culture.
- Stay current with best practices in people analytics.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with 3‑5 years of experience in data‑driven projects or people analytics.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Curious, proactive and problem‑solving attitude.
