Data Analytics Manager

About the role

The Data Analytics Manager will lead the Business Intelligence team and work closely with stakeholders to drive the full BI cycle. This senior position is responsible for turning business requirements into robust data solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI, ML, Big Data, BI, data analytics, and data warehouse projects.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to create comprehensive visualizations and dashboards.
• Design and configure ETL processes, data warehouse models (logical and physical), and analytical reporting solutions.
• Develop and enforce standards, policies, and controls to improve BI efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams and executives to implement data‑driven strategies.
• Diagnose root causes of issues and implement timely solutions to mitigate business risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science.
• More than 10 years of experience in IT, preferably in software development and data management.
• Proven leadership experience managing BI and data analytics teams.
