Data Operations & Support Specialist / Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations & Support Specialist to ensure the health and continuity of our enterprise data environment. You will provide technical support, monitor data solutions, and collaborate with multiple data functions to keep business operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Implement end‑to‑end data strategy for operational and support activities.
• Use tools, logs and data accessibility to identify root‑cause issues across data functions.
• Manage production data operations, deployments, documentation and population in line with corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, data protection legislation and industry standards.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and develop data‑automation proposals.
• Apply data backup, restore and archiving processes to maintain data availability.
• Monitor performance of data solutions, layers and transactions.
• Coordinate database standards between DBA and data support teams.
• Provide technical support for new data products and participate in related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s or certifications preferred).
• Experience in data warehousing and data operation models.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
