Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

The Demand & Supply Planner will join Mighty Foods' Supply Chain team to align market demand with supply capabilities. You will ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and smooth flow of imported goods and raw materials across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Create and execute supply plans to secure timely procurement of finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintain communication with foreign suppliers to track purchase orders, lead times, and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Import Logistics, and Warehousing to align supply schedules with production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, balancing supply and demand to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by providing reliable demand and supply insights.
• Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans.
• Track and report metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Strong understanding of import processes, international shipping terms (Incoterms), and supplier communication.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with BI dashboards or forecasting tools.
