Digital Content Designer – Social Media & Video

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Content Designer to join our Marketing team in Cairo. The role focuses on producing social‑first, short‑form video and visual content that captures attention within seconds, especially for fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, shoot and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Design eye‑catching social media visuals, carousels and motion graphics.
• Translate complex fintech features into clear, engaging stories using strong hooks, pacing and captions.
• Utilise AI‑driven tools to generate ideas, accelerate production and scale output.
• Monitor platform trends and turn insights into high‑performing content.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience creating social‑first, short‑form content.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends.
• Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work.
