Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team. The role involves managing high‑profile brand accounts, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business opportunities within a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Lead client communications, meetings, presentations, and project follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings.
• Proactively approach potential clients and build relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Generate and qualify leads, conduct discovery meetings, and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development strategies and growth initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract closing processes.
• Monitor account performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, or similar client‑facing role in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record working with recognized brands and large‑scale marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content, social media and performance marketing services.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, business development or sales‑related activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to build trust and close deals.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English.
