About the role
Kepler Agency is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who combines marketing expertise with a solid medical background. The role involves creating and managing campaigns that drive measurable results for the agency’s services and products while supporting the CEO’s personal branding.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end marketing activities for the agency’s portfolio.
- Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns across social media, email and paid advertising platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and implement optimisation strategies.
- Develop Arabic and English content for the CEO’s personal brand and agency communications.
- Assist client teams with marketing strategy, proposal preparation and presentation design.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends.
Required profile
- Medical background is mandatory (Pharmacy or a related field).
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong content creation abilities and analytical mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI tools.
