Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the company’s online presence and drive lead generation across all digital channels. This senior role focuses on data‑driven campaigns that support the sales pipeline for real‑estate, retail, office, sports and education assets in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Overhaul and maintain the corporate website and landing pages, improving UX/UI and organic SEO rankings.
• Define and implement the social media strategy to ensure high engagement and consistent brand messaging.
• Use Google Analytics, CRM data and pixel tracking to analyse performance, run A/B tests and optimise campaigns in real time.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal designers to produce high‑performing ad creatives, videos and copy.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, optimising CPC and maximising ROAS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years managing high‑budget performance campaigns in the real‑estate or high‑value asset sector in Egypt.
