About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of e‑commerce and lifestyle brands across the US and GCC markets. The role is fully remote, operating on Pacific Standard Time, and combines day‑to‑day management of email, content and influencer programmes with high‑level client strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quarterly multi‑channel marketing plans for each client.
- Design and launch paid media creatives on Meta and Google Ads.
- Build, segment and optimise email automations and campaigns in Klaviyo, including A/B testing.
- Maintain content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Facebook.
- Lead influencer sourcing, briefing, contracting and performance tracking.
- Coordinate photoshoots and other creative production.
- Manage Shopify storefronts in partnership with client teams.
- Translate brand positioning into platform‑specific content strategies for US and GCC audiences.
- Produce polished client‑facing strategy documents, reports and briefs.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably agency‑based.
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across culturally distinct markets, especially US and Gulf regions.
- Excellent visual sense and ability to give actionable design feedback.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data to inform strategy.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
