About the role
Alorica is seeking a Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to lead its MarTech ecosystem and drive digital growth across global web properties. You will partner with creative, marketing, IT, and internal stakeholders to design, launch, and optimize data‑driven campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the MarTech stack, overseeing tools, data, automation, and integrations.
- Expand Alorica’s digital footprint by managing website content and supporting PR, social, sales, recruiting, and employee‑experience initiatives.
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies, performing regular technical and on‑page audits.
- Manage MAS and ABX platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase, ensuring data accuracy.
- Own the marketing reporting ecosystem (GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Funnel.io) and deliver executive‑level insights.
- Stay current on emerging analytics platforms, cookie and pixel technologies, and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
- Proven ability to launch, execute, and optimize revenue‑driving marketing programs.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
