Digital Marketing Specialist – Cosmetics

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mohandessin, Giza. You will help strengthen our digital presence for internationally recognised beauty brands and support the growth of online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Create engaging content, captions, and marketing materials that align with brand identity.
• Monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights.
• Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales growth.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, especially within the beauty industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, SEO & SEM.
• Experience with email marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Background in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG is highly preferred.
