Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. The role combines performance marketing with hands‑on content creation, collaborating closely with writers, designers, and video editors to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPA, conversions) and conduct audience research, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.
• Manage advertising budgets and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Track and analyse results using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and related tools.
• Develop content ideas, organise shoots, and capture high‑quality photos and short‑form videos for social media and ads.
• Coordinate with writers, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across digital platforms.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
