Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join WAJJAD’s marketing team in Cairo to drive awareness and demand for the company’s B2B technology platforms. Working on‑site, you will plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that reach institutional clients across governance, legal, financial and real‑estate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email and web channels.
• Create, schedule and manage engaging social media content.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and generate regular performance reports.
• Analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with design, product and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
• Track key metrics such as engagement, lead generation and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing expertise, including campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
• Proven social media marketing experience with a focus on community building.
• Solid web analytics background with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, with strong organisational skills and a proactive, data‑driven mindset.
