Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Brooklyn Business School’s Cairo campus to plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns that promote the school’s programmes and brand. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with admissions, academic teams and external partners to drive lead generation and enhance online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads and the website.
• Manage social media platforms, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance and use web‑analytics tools to improve results.
• Coordinate email marketing, paid advertising and website updates to ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with admissions, academic staff and partners to support recruitment and branding goals.
• Maintain a strong digital presence and support lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning and performance optimisation.
• Ability to interpret data from web‑analytics tools and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating content for social posts, email and landing pages, with basic SEO knowledge.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, student‑focused environment.
