Digital Marketing Specialist – MEA (Remote)

About the role

Axis is seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital campaigns across the Middle East and Africa region. The role is fully remote based in Egypt and focuses on demand generation, marketing automation and account‑based marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Map customer journeys, design and optimise email marketing and automation campaigns.
• Coordinate with the EMEA team to launch localized, integrated demand‑generation campaigns across digital channels.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, build dashboards and provide insights to improve conversion rates.
• Manage the marketing automation platform, create templates and train internal teams.
• Develop and execute the MEA Account‑Based Marketing strategy in collaboration with key account managers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of digital marketing or demand‑generation experience in a B2B environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Pardot (certification a plus) and strong knowledge of customer‑journey mapping and lead nurturing.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
