About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to health and well-being, is looking for a proactive Digital Product Specialist to join its digital team. The role focuses on optimizing digital product offerings and improving the customer experience through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and validate healthcare professionals to ensure platform credibility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date user data through regular checks.
• Communicate with users, including doctors, to confirm and complete required information.
• Manage user inquiries across Medsulto and digital channels and resolve issues professionally.
• Track platform usage, growth and engagement metrics and generate reports.
• Use digital and AI tools to improve workflows and engagement.

Required profile

• 0-1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bilingual Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic analytical skills and data reporting.
• Familiarity with online tools; AI knowledge is a plus.
