Direct Procurement Specialist

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Direct Procurement Specialist in 6th of October City. The role covers raw material and packaging material purchase orders, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and overall procurement activities within food and beverage manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage raw material and packaging material purchase orders
• Evaluate local and foreign suppliers
• Negotiate contracts
• Carry out overall procurement activities using analytical skills

Required profile

• More than 2 years of experience in direct purchasing at FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Hands-on experience buying raw materials and packing materials and evaluating suppliers
• Residence in Cairo or nearby 6th of October City

• Analytical skills and procurement expertise
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Team collaboration
• Fluency in English is a plus; Spanish is preferred
