Sales Logistics Customer Advisor (Outsourced)

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt, part of the Bosch Group and operating in Mobility Aftermarket, Power Tools and Security Systems, is hiring an outsourced Customer Supply Chain Consultant. The consultant is the main point of contact for customers, ensuring efficient order-to-cash operations and high customer service. The role covers order management, logistics coordination, claims and returns, export support and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, monitor fulfillment and manage backorders, giving customers timely updates
• Handle customer inquiries on orders, deliveries, claims and product availability
• Liaise with warehouses, transport providers and logistics partners for smooth deliveries
• Coordinate claims, returns and reverse logistics
• Facilitate export documentation and transportation for international shipments
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare supply chain reports
• Support automation and continuous improvement in customer and order management
• Work with Sales, Finance and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or customer service in a multinational environment
• Fluent English and strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Ability to work across time zones, including weekends, and to travel during working hours
• Independent, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision

Required skills

• SAP (mandatory)
• Good understanding of supply chain and export processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills
