Plant Internal Logistics Manager

About the role

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort solutions, is looking for a Plant Internal Logistics Manager in Al Jizah. The role drives production and materials planning, optimizes raw material warehouse and logistics operations and ensures smooth material flow while balancing cost, service and quality. It plays a key part in strengthening operational excellence through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of monthly and daily production plans aligned with S&OP inputs, capacity constraints and supplier capabilities
• Define and drive materials requirements planning (MRP/DRP) to ensure optimal supply availability
• Oversee inbound logistics, ensuring timely receipt, storage and availability of raw materials and components
• Manage internal logistics and raw material and WIP warehouse operations, including stock accuracy, material handling and inventory control
• Develop inventory optimization strategies to balance availability and working capital efficiency
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and mitigate risks with Procurement and Production
• Define and track logistics KPIs (safety, service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity, availability)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally on plant performance targets
• Contribute to the S&OP process and champion a strong HSE culture in logistics
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's in Supply Chain Management or MBA is a strong plus
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in an industrial environment
• Experience managing operational teams in manufacturing settings
• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Production and material planning, warehouse operations and inventory management
• ERP/WMS implementation and optimization
• Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics KPIs
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
