Director of People & Culture

About the role

Rixos Hotels is seeking a seasoned HR leader to head its People & Culture function across a growing portfolio of luxury resorts. The Director will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure compliance while fostering a culture that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all operations of the People & Culture department and align HR strategy with senior leadership goals.
• Serve on the Executive Committee, providing counsel on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, leave management, disciplinary processes, investigations, performance and talent management, occupational health & safety, and training initiatives.
• Develop and manage the annual People & Culture budget, monitor expenditures, and produce financial reports.
• Analyze organizational trends and metrics using the HRIS to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in a large, multi‑site hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic direction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
