About the role

NAPCO PHARMA is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead a team of medical representatives in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving pharmaceutical sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring alignment with company values and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Set and monitor sales targets for the district, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of medical representatives to maximize performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market analysis and trends.
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

  • Proven leadership and team‑management abilities in a sales environment.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related healthcare field.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
